Important: Due to the custom nature of our design services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and subject to the terms outlined below.
2 Services Covered
This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Weblora Studio LLC, including:
- Web Design & UI/UX Design
- Corporate Website Design
- Landing Page Design
- User Interface and User Experience Design
- Prototyping and Wireframes
- Website Redesign Services
3 Deposit and Initial Payments
For most projects, we require an initial deposit before work begins:
- Deposits are typically 30-50% of the total project cost
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
- If the project is cancelled before work begins, deposits may be refunded minus any administrative fees
- Administrative fees typically range from 5-10% of the deposit amount
Cancellation Window: You may cancel within 48 hours of payment for a full refund if no work has been started.
4 Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a partial or full refund in the following circumstances:
- We fail to deliver services as outlined in the project agreement
- We miss agreed-upon deadlines without valid reason or prior communication
- The final deliverables significantly deviate from the approved scope and specifications
- We are unable to complete the project due to circumstances within our control
Refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed and the value delivered.
5 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind after work has commenced
- Delays caused by client's failure to provide required materials or feedback
- Client dissatisfaction with approved designs or concepts
- Scope changes requested by the client after project initiation
- Third-party costs already incurred (stock images, fonts, plugins, hosting)
- Work completed according to specifications and approved by the client
- Client's business circumstances change (budget cuts, strategy shifts, etc.)
6 Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email at support@weblorastudio.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line
- Include your project details, invoice number, and reason for the refund request
- Provide any supporting documentation or evidence
- Allow 5-7 business days for us to review your request
Response Time: We will respond to all refund requests within 5-7 business days with our decision and next steps.
7 Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days of approval
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Partial refunds will be calculated based on work completed and value delivered
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
- Bank processing times may vary (typically 5-10 business days)
Please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable.
8 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued when:
- A project is cancelled mid-way through completion
- Only certain deliverables were completed
- There are quality issues with specific aspects of the work
The refund amount will be calculated as: Total Payment - (Completed Work Value + Non-refundable Costs)
Example: If 60% of the project is completed, you may be eligible for a refund of up to 40% of the total project cost, minus any non-refundable expenses.
9 Project Cancellation by Client
If you decide to cancel a project:
- Notify us in writing as soon as possible
- You will be charged for all work completed up to the cancellation date
- Any third-party costs incurred are non-refundable
- Completed work will be delivered upon receipt of payment for work done
- Intellectual property rights remain with Weblora Studio LLC until full payment is received
10 Project Cancellation by Weblora Studio
In rare cases where we must cancel a project:
- You will receive a full refund of all payments made
- We will provide all work completed up to the cancellation date
- We will assist in transitioning the project to another provider if needed
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days
11 Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision:
- We encourage open communication to resolve any issues
- Request a review of the decision by contacting our management team
- We will make every effort to reach a fair resolution
- Mediation may be considered for complex disputes
